VIDEO IDEA

Eighth grade students are really worried about if they are going to get their buts kick when they come to high school. showing the eighth graders a video of good things in high school would help them a lot. A good video clip for them would be showing them all of the games they could play on the computers like line rider or looking up some ATVs! I also think that showing the eighth graders this video would make them interested in the computer classes and they would want to join a computer class especially our computer class.

A good video would be Mr. Freer on his big chair, then he would turn around and say "hello soon to be freshman's, welcome to my computer class. I am the teacher for computer programing." Then we could switch to the kids and we could be on the computers saying geeky stuff like for Example:"Lets mack an amazing line rider and we could post it on the internet" We could say something funnier it was just an example.

Then, we could talk to a student in the class if they would like to and ask them questions. For Example:"Why did you choose to be in a computer programing class?" "Do you think it was worth choosing this class?" "would you recommend to someone to choose this class?" If you want as we are playing the video we could have pictures of things that we have done and show glimpses of the class doing some of the things that we do regularly.
